My name is Harrod, and Harroom began as a small dream—one that started decades ago in a workshop that smelled of leather and linseed oil. I grew up watching my father handcraft shoes for local gentlemen in our neighborhood. He used to say, “A good pair of shoes should never ask for attention—it should quietly earn it.” Those words have stayed with me ever since.
After years of studying design and learning from traditional shoemakers across Europe, I came to realize that true craftsmanship isn’t just about skill—it’s about patience, precision, and respect for materials. When I founded Harroom, I wanted to carry forward that same spirit my father taught me: to make shoes that last, both in quality and in memory.
Every pair of Harroom shoes begins with full-grain leather—selected for its natural character and strength. Our craftsmen cut, shape, and stitch each piece by hand, paying attention to details invisible to the eye but felt with every step. The process is slow, sometimes painstaking, but that’s exactly how timeless shoes are born.
Today, Harroom remains faithful to its roots. Though we’ve grown beyond that small workshop, our mission hasn’t changed: to create shoes that connect tradition with modern comfort. Because I believe a man’s shoes should tell a story—of where he’s been, and where he’s going next.
